![]() Remember: Rabies (and The Fits) can be very good, it is up to you to make them shine. My current legendary Leper (worst accuracy class) kicked ass in darkest dungeon 3 and had rabies. Equip trinkets accordingly (sun ring in full light/ ancestor's signet ring alone negates the malus and adds powerful bonuses too), buff accuracy through camp skill and combat buffs/enemy DODGE debuffs and try to make use of it only with your most accurate or highest skill level heroes. 10 ACC is not that bad of a malus, just remember that the characters that catch those 2 diseases are now to be builded and geared with that slimy greenish words ALWAYS in mind. Rabies is one of the 2 useful diseses along with the Fits, I always try to keep it and never upgrade the sanitarium for multiple disease cure just to improve the chance. ![]() Originally posted by JellySlayer:Yeah, rabies is very bad. Berserker Charm gives even more speed+damage, allowing him to consistently go first (this gives you a ton of initiative if you are in the 2nd position you can either opt to use Manacles to stun an enemy right away, or transform and hope for a nice crit). Restraining padlock is decent if you plan on transforming frequently, but there are other general trinkets that mesh well with Lock of Fury too. This is more vesatile than locking Human/Beast/Eldrich Hater since it will apply to all enemies. Combined with the right trinkets abilities like Rake can easily insta-kill the front two enemies on a good crit. Slugger+Warrior of Light+Precise Striker: This gives you +20% base damage and +3% crit so long as you are in 75+ torch. ![]() ![]() Also note that those camping abilities that stress the Abomination? The stress he takes on himself is reduced as well! Nailing killing blows or crits will potentially offset all the self-generated stress. This really adds up if you are transforming a lot. Steady+Resilient+Photomania: You take considerably less stress, and heal more, especially in radiant light. ![]() My suggestion on quirk locks for Abomination: ![]()
